Berkshire Bank Expands Its Private Banking Team in Capital Region New York

ALBANY, NY, April 9, 2015 – Berkshire Bank, America’s Most Exciting Bank®, is excited to announce that Cindy Barford has been hired to the role of Senior Vice President, Private Banking. In this position, Barford will specialize in financial client management catering to Capital Region executives, business owners, medical practitioners and professionals by providing personal and business comprehensive, customized banking solutions.

Barford will be based out of Berkshire’s regional headquarters at 41 State Street, Albany, New York and will be available to customers throughout the Capital Region. She has more than 30 years of experience in the New York market working with clients to develop customized solutions addressing their banking, investment, trust and estate planning and insurance needs.

Prior to coming to Berkshire, Barford worked for Key Bank beginning in 1979 and most recently as a Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager for Key Private Bank. She holds licenses for New York Life Accident and Health, Variable Annuities and has a Certified Wealth Strategist Designation.
