DANBY, VERMONT, July 13, 2015 – Berkshire Bank, America’s Most Exciting Bank® announced today that Peter and Jennifer Redding of Danby, Vermont won its Exciting Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Sweepstakes. Peter and Jennifer received the grand prize of $3,500 during a check presentation ceremony July 8th led by Regional Branch Manager of Vermont and Vice President Nicole Scribner.

Almost 10,000 consumers entered the Berkshire Bank’s Exciting HELOC Sweepstakes
Berkshire Bank’s Exciting HELOC Sweepstakes was promoted throughout its footprint and online at berkshirebank.com from mid-March through the end of June. New and existing home equity line of credit customers were automatically entered into the contest, and consumers could enter on berkshirebank.com during the contest period. The winners of the sweepstakes had the option to have the prize applied directly to their home equity line of credit, or elect to receive the cash prize payable by check. Peter and Jennifer were randomly selected as the grand prize winners among 9,741 registered contestants.
